Hi everyone! I am an incoming international student transferring to Houston this fall to attend nursing program at San Jacinto college South Campus. I maintain a perfect 4.0 GPA and am a member of the Honors Program. I am incredibly quiet, clean, respectful, and focused entirely on my studies and clinical rotations. I don’t smoke and don’t bring any pets with me. My personal housing budget is $600 per month. I am looking for a private room near the METRO Line 88 bus route ( ideally in the 77089, 77075, or 77502 areas), or I would love to team up with other responsible students to rent an apartment or house together.
