Vikas Mariyappa

I’d be a great tenant because I’m reliable, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to communicate with. I’m currently a software engineering intern at IBM here in Austin and a CS student at UT Dallas, so my schedule is predictable work during the week, low-key most weekends. I keep things clean, pay rent on time, and I’m quick to flag anything that needs attention rather than let it sit. I’m not someone who throws parties or causes disruptions. I’d rather keep things calm and considerate for everyone in the building. Overall, I take care of where I live like it’s my own and I’m easy to reach if anything comes up.
