My current lease is about to expire. I’m looking for someone to share a lease with. Someone who is employed or a student, pays rent on time, is clean, respectful of shared spaces, and doesn’t host frequent parties. I’m hoping to find someone who wants a comfortable, peaceful home.

I work a 9-5. I don’t really do parties. I keep to myself, I’m a clean, respectful and straightforward person.
