I currently live in Minneapolis and am retired and on disability. I have HIV and am “gay”. . I’d like to look at another living option than Minnesota. My current rent is $950 for a studio apartment. My lease is month-to-month and I’d like get back to Chicago but I don’t want to commit to a year lease without having time to look.
