I work on the technical team at the Orpheum Theater. I have a good reliable income and I have some skills that housemates find come in handy. I have good cooperation, communication, social, and conflict resolving skills with housemates. I live a relatively simple life. I’m low key and low impact in common spaces. Work is stressful so I prefer to relax when I’m home. Don’t have company over much. I cook quick, simple meals when I do cook so not in the kitchen for long periods of time.
