Hello, I’m relocating to Chattanooga and am looking for a room to rent. I’m very laid back and drama free. Enjoy cooking, nature and traveling. Age, sex and race aren’t important, though I would prefer individuals who are open-mined as I am. I’m clean and respectful of others space and value the same. I’ve lived in the same house since 2012 (no late rent payments) and my landlord passed away, leaving her children to auction the house. The estate attorney wrote me an excellent reference letter if needed. I have until the end of august to move out, but could sign a lease today.
