Hi, I’m Phuong, a 31 yr old scientist at a biotech startup in Sorrento Valley. My current lease is ending, so I’m looking for a new place starting around July 24-30. I’m flexible on lease length but prefer a 6-8 months lease if possible.

I’m typically working weekdays 9 to 5. When I’m home I’m usually watching an anime (currently Frieren and JJK) or playing videogames (Elden Ring, Baldur’s Gate 3). Weekends I’m either trying a new restaurant or over at my family’s place.

As a roommate: I’m reasonably neat and quiet. I clean up after myself in shared spaces, but I’m not super strict on minor stuff.

Practical stuff: I have a cat, and prefer no indoor smoking. My budget is under $2,000. I’m hoping for somewhere peaceful with good amenities and friendly staff.
