Hello,

I’m Avery. I am looking for a roommate for or 2-bed apartment starting at the end of July!

I’m looking to be within walking distance to Prospect Park but I’m flexible depending on access to trains and other amenities.

I am 28, I work full time as an architect (rarely WFH), I am a generally creative person and would prefer to live with other designers/artists. In my personal time, I cook a lot, read, play video or board games, and I spend a lot of time out in the city exploring new places.

I keep communal spaces very clean and well maintained, but I’m also not fussy about it. I don’t mind guests over either so I have no problem with you having people over. 420 friendly, but no cigarettes please.
