Hello, I am a recent empty nester. My children are living on their own and in college. I need to downsize and move to a smaller rental. I have been renting two rooms for 8 years in Anaheim with the own of the home living in the house with me and my children. The owner wants to remodel and sell his home so he can move out of California. I’m an honest hardworking renter. I pay my rent and utilities every month. I do not like smoke or drugs and cannot live with anyone who does. I am clean, respectful, and quiet. The room rented with be exclusively for myself.
