Laid back. I stay to myself, my cat is the same, she’s very sweet. I always pay on time, happy to help around the house as needed. We’re living together so we’re basically family in my opinion already.

• Misdemeanor for alcohol sales is the only thing on my criminal record. Exxon Gas Station. No arrest only a $50 fine.
• Nearly 7 years of flawless payments to my old rental company, surrendering keys because I can’t afford to live anymore thanks to this job market. Want to move before Monday (7/13)
