I’m 36, he/they, a lifelong working musician currently fulltime as a barista in West Harlem, almost lifelong NYer, and looking to stay long-term. I’m planning to leave my current apartment in West Harlem on August 7, but I can also be flexible. Most Importantly, I have a cat! Her name is Cookie, she’s about 6 years old and healthy (goes to Bushwick Vet Center). She’s very chill, well-behaved, and I keep her claws trimmed. I keep quiet and don’t practice instruments at home– I’m into retro gaming and movies, card games, music.. I love coffee and have an extensive collection of equipment, but don’t cook much these days. I’ve always lived with roommates and worked in service so I’m very cognizant of tidiness and keeping a space equally usable for everyone! Happy to send references from my prior roommates!
