Hey all! I’m originally from the DMV and coming back to attend nursing school at GWU in Ashburn starting in August and going through Dec. ‘27. Looking for a share house with multiple people, with a move-in date late-July or early August. I spent the last two years traveling internationally and living in hostels, and previously lived in a six-person share house in DC, so I’m very accustomed to living with others and love the community that comes with it! I’m open to almost any place within 10mins walking or biking to the Silver Line, unless there’s something cool near Dulles.

I’m seeking others who are clean and tidy in common areas, generally quiet (I play guitar and write music during reasonable hours, music in headphones, etc.), inclusive and communicative. The nursing program will have me keeping long hours (depending on distance to campus, probably 6am to midnight), and I expect to be on campus for most of the day. I have a lot of hobbies, a motorcycle (might need off-street parking), a bicycle, no car, no animals, don’t smoke, beers infrequently, 420 friendly (though I can’t partake), and I’m sure I’ll have occasional overnight guests. I like communal dinners or outings, and clear communication regarding house happenings. Let’s connect!
