I’m an AI/software engineer and creative/musician type looking for a room in a social, respectful house-share in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and would probably fit best with musicians, artists, producers, performers, burners, coders, or other creative people. I like a social house vibe and I’m okay with music, people hanging out, cannabis/drinking, and occasional parties, as long as the house is basically functional and respectful.

I work on AI/software projects, so I do need a private room where I can focus. I have income plus savings and can provide proof of funds if needed. I’m looking for something around $700–$1,150/month, ideally with yard or outdoor access.

I have a dog. She’s loyal and sweet with me, but she can be barky/reactive if strangers approach too quickly, so I’m looking for housemates who respect dog boundaries. I’m happy to manage her responsibly and use dog care/sitting when needed and would appreciate the same where I can leave my dog with someone if I go out.

The ideal fit is creative, social, fun, dog-friendly, and respectful. I also am a musician and tend to sing and practice on my digital piano so music appreciation vibe is also ideal.
