Hi everyone! My name is Carlos, and I am a 31-year-old incoming transfer student who will be attending SDSU this fall for Economics. I am currently looking for a private room to rent near SDSU with a budget of $ 1,000- $ 1,300. I am hoping to find a clean, quiet home with kitchen privileges where I can focus on school. Looking to stay away from a party house, but that doesn’t mean I’m against going out for some drinks; I am always down for a good time! A little about me: I am a mature adult who is clean, respectful, and generally keeps a calm lifestyle. If I’m not at school or work, I’m usually at the gym or out on a run, and love cooking on my downtime. I always clean up after myself and keep organized.
