I’m a 67 year old married male - retired with a Company Pension & a SS Pension - both pensions are funded for my lifetime. I have lived in Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Michigan, Germany, Mexico & Guatemala and rented a room from a Co-worker in Virginia for 6 months (have reference). I have happily lived with 4 Cats and 3 Dogs in the same house and currently we have a Female Cat here in Florida named Kiss-Pee 😺

My Wife lives and works in Florida with plans to relocate back home to Guatemala within the next couple of years.

Hobbies and Interests: Master Scuba Diver (certified in 1987); Long Distance Motorcycle Rider (one trip lasted almost 2 Years); Walking/Hiking; Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor (no longer active); Swimming/Snorkeling/Beach Activities; Eating Out 😎

Education: BA in Economics; Masters in Business/Finance; Various Designations in the Financial Services Field: CPCU, CLU, ChFC and others …

I DON’T: Smoke, Vape, do Drugs, nor Party - I drink 1 or 2 beers per month. My retirement life consists of going out during the day and sleeping at night. I’m easy-going, flexible and have adapted to various living arrangements/situations with ease.

Looking for a Quiet/Peaceful/Drama Free room rental or house sharing arrangement starting in August 2026 - Cats and/or Dogs are no problem for me, I prefer animals in the house.
