Hi! I’m Yuga, a 28-year-old Senior Consultant at Synpulse, moving to NYC for work. I’ll be working in FiDi and am looking for a place starting August 1.

I’m easygoing, respectful, clean, and financially responsible. I keep shared spaces tidy, communicate openly, and believe a good roommate is someone who’s considerate and reliable. During the week I’m usually working, going to the gym, or exploring the city. On weekends I enjoy trying new restaurants, watching sports, or occasionally having friends over for a game night—always with everyone’s heads-up and respect for the apartment.

I’m moving to New York for the first time, so I’d love to live with people who are friendly and enjoy a positive home environment, while also respecting each other’s privacy. I don’t smoke, I have all my application documents ready, and I’m able to move quickly if it’s the right fit.
