Move In: By October 1 Hey! I’ve been looking to downsize for some time and my lease is up end of September. I’m originally from New York and I am very busy and travel a lot for work, and I have one cat who is the best fluff nugget and she does not cause any problems whatsoever since I’ve had her since I got her last year. If you’re not a cat person she might actually convince you (she’s a dog in a cat’s body).

I’m looking for a responsible, clean roommate who also wouldn’t mind going out here and there, but also someone who respects shared living space rules and overall boundaries. I’m looking for just one other person to live with.

Because of my job that requires me to travel a lot, schedule varies, which means I’ll often be away from home, so there are days you can have privacy in the home. When I am home, I enjoy relaxing, keeping my space organized, and maintaining a calm, respectful living environment, but also you’ll catch me outside going to the next fun thing. You don’t have to worry about taking care of my cat, except maybe some snuggles if that’s your thing.

My Interests: EDM, Music Festivals, WWE, Travel, Food Scene/Nightlife, Cozy Nights In, Radical Nights Out Budget: Up to $1200-1300. It honestly Varies because we could split an apartment and one person could have the bigger or smaller room. Happy to go over logistics if we find that we are aligned roommate wise Roomies: I’m open to individuals preferably 27+, can be LGBTQIA. Open to talking if you’re outside those age parameters and we’re in alignment.
