Hello! I am a full-time professional working stable hours in the manufacturing sector, while concurrently studying for advanced technical certifications in the cybersecurity field. I am looking for a quiet, clean, and reliable living space within the South Denver metro area (Centennial, Lone Tree, South Aurora, or near DTC) to anchor down for the next 18 to 24 months. ​Because of my heavy study and work schedule, I keep a very quiet, predictable routine. I don’t bring the party home, I respect personal boundaries, and I value a peaceful, drama-free living environment. In my downtime, I’m usually studying in my room, gaming with headphones on, or getting a solid night’s sleep.

What I Am Looking For: ​Timeline: A stable, long-term arrangement (18–24 months preferred, minimum 12 months). ​Amenities: Central cooling/AC, access to high-speed internet infrastructure for my labs, and access to on-site laundry. ​Space & Moving Footprint: I am highly mobile and travel light. The only piece of furniture I am bringing is my own twin-size mattress. I am completely flexible with rooms that are otherwise furnished (including desks/dressers) or spaces that are entirely blank canvases, as long as there is space for my bed and my study computer. ​Vibe: A quiet household with respectful, working professionals or homeowners who value privacy and clear communication.
