Hi there! I am moving to the area for a new job in the Tara Hills, San Pablo, and I’m looking for a comfortable room to call home. As a housemate, I’m responsible, reliable, and always pay rent on time. I highly value a clean, tidy, and organized shared living space, and I’m always happy to do my part in keeping common areas clean. Having lived in a dorm before, I’m well-experienced with shared living and know how to respect boundaries. I respect everyone’s privacy and personal space, but I’m also friendly and down for a casual chat now and then. I don’t smoke and have no pets.
