I am a 55 year old woman looking for a possible roomate. I have two spaces that can be used. It would require to share a bathroom and a kitchen. Person must be neat and clean up after themselves. I do have a dog; tiny little french bull dog and I take care of my 1 year old grandson a few times during the week. I have a daughter that will visit from out of state during holidays and family events, but for the most part an empty nester :). All utilities would be included including wifi. One space would be 850 (the smaller room) It would be furnished with a twin bed, dresser and closet; there is also a computer desk that can be kept in there with monitors, or it can be removed. Washing machine is located in that room and would need access to it and can work out a reasonable schedule; the other space would be the entire finished attic space (That only has a twin bed and a small dresser, small closet area. That space would be 1200 utilities included and wifi. Only looking for one room mate that would choose the 1 space. Looking for someone quiet, non smokers (You can smoke outside in the yard or the front porch but not inside the home) and someone that would only have a significant other visiting not several guests.
