My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room with our cat. I just graduated from CSUF and work retail. He will start CSUF in the fall and works full time so we will both be pretty busy. Ozzy (our cat) is neutered and friendly, though he will mostly hide when first meeting you. We are both good about cleaning up after ourselves and leaving a place better than how we found it. We have our own TV as well that I can connect my headphones to so noise wouldn’t be a problem.
