I am 44 yo female professional in the technology industry. I reside in Chicago but am looking for short-term to 1 year lease in Iowa City. Earliest move-in date would be Aug 1 prefer Sept and latest Oct. I work remotely (from home) and currently have a parent in hospice care in the area and want to be local during this time.
