I’m a respectful, clean, and easygoing person looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to be while I am in Ventura. I have an apt. in Venice Beach that I would be going back and forth. I travel a lot as well. I work full time remotely. I do not do any illegal drugs. I do not drink but don’t care at all, if other do.

For roommates or all friendships, I value open communication, I keep shared spaces tidy, and am very considerate of other people’s schedules and privacy. I’m responsible, financially reliable, and enjoy a drama-free living environment. Im actually quite a happy person and excitable about life! I do appreciate a home where everyone is friendly and respectful, while also giving each other personal space, I have a high EQ and very empathetic to people and they’re space they may need.
