My name is Carson, and I’m very interested in your room for rent. I recently accepted a position with Amazon in Sterling and am looking for a comfortable place to stay while I begin my job.

I wanted to be upfront that my long-term plan is to transfer to the upcoming Berwick, PA Amazon location once a transfer becomes available. Because of that, I wanted to ask if you would consider a month-to-month arrangement or a shorter-term rental. However, I am flexible.

This place sounds like a great fit. Would it be okay if, occasionally, my wife and daughter visited on the weekends?
