My name’s James. I work, make art, and I’m pretty laid back. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and usually keep to myself when I’m home. I’m looking for a place around the end of July/beginning of August. I’m originally from Philadelphia and moved out to the Bay Area about a year ago. I currently work and I’m also building my art brand on the side. I’m pretty quiet, don’t smoke, and I like keeping common areas clean. Most days I’m either working, drawing, gaming with headphones, or out exploring the city. I’m easy to get along with and believe good communication makes living with roommates a lot easier.
