Im a 54 year old female currently renting with a roommate in st pete. Ive been in same complex since 2012. I work as a cna in local nursing home since 2012 as well. I did leave for a year during covid to do agency. I’ve never paid my rent late. I’m quiet and dependable. I have a grown daughter and two grandsons ages 10 and 12. I have a shitzu who loves all people is not aggressive in any why towards humans or animals. My lease ends on Sept 22 and I’m looking to part ways with my room mate but can’t afford where I live alone.
