Hey, I’m Nic, a dev with about 1 year of experience who’s been living in a 1 bedroom. My lease is ending so I’m exploring. As for a bit about living with me; I’m relatively clean and quiet; I spend most of my time on walks, rock climbing or at the gym so I’m mostly only home on weekend/late evening. I like to cook but it’s more of a once/twice weekly meal prep for myself and I make sure to clean up afterward. I enjoy mostly single player gaming otherwise, and I’ve been trying to learn Mandarin of late. Ideal setup would be we just schedule when we do our own Laundry/Cooking and stick to them but I’m not going to get mad if you’re outside of that. Definitely not a smoker/weed/alcohol person so would prefer similar roommates.

Best case scenario, we’re chill and occasionally joke around. Worst case, we’re chill and professional and our interactions are us going about our business with earbuds in. I don’t really have the bandwidth to be a dramatic person honestly haha, life’s got too much going on as is.
