Hi, I’m a teacher. I have a dog and two horses. I eat out most of the time. I do very little cooking and I spend most of the day outdoors. I don’t have guests at home. I need a room with my own bathroom and my dog needs access to an outdoor area. My dog is friendly to most dogs, however, there are some dogs he doesn’t like, for this reason he would need to be the only pet. I also drive a pick up truck and would need an assigned parking spot.
