Hi, I’m Nick. I’m looking for a clean, stable room in the Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, Oceano, Nipomo, or Santa Maria area. My budget is around $1,000/month.

I’m respectful, low-drama, clean, and mostly keep to myself. I work and am looking for a place where I can sleep, shower, relax, and have a reliable home base. I’m not a party person and I’m considerate about noise, shared spaces, parking, and household rules.

I do have two kids, but they would not be living with me. I selected “no children” because I am not looking to move them into the home. It would just be a nice bonus if occasional visits were okay with notice, but I’m happy to discuss whatever guest rules make sense for the household.

Ideally looking for a room in a friendly, respectful home. A private bathroom or separate entrance would be great, but not required.
