It just me and my well behaved 12 year old 17 pound dog. I am a disabled Marine Corps veteran and I collect a small guaranteed check every month. My ideal would be an unfurnished basement or garage apartment, but open to a respectful roommate (men only). I’m an enthusiastic United Methodist and regularly attending church activities. I’m a handyman in the North Oakland are and would prefer to stay in that area, but also really need a place to stay.
