Hey…I have a marketing degree from Grand Valley State. I am pretty laid back so I wouldnt be a loud roomate. Im from a smaller town originally so its easier to be laid back too.

I am gay , so I might incquire or ask you if youre a girl and have a listing too. I had a really fun first career so that keeps me positive usually. I do enjoy most sports if youre a guy. I also am kind of feminine too if youre a girl as im a bottom.

Either or it doesnt matter really because im not a big partier or very extroverted. Some things I enjoy are basketball , snowboarding , Netflix , art , outer space , travel , malls and shopping. Im transitioning to a newer career // industry , and I recently moved back to Detroit , so I think it may be better to have roomates currently. Im kinda looking 4 a cheaper place.

I make like 20$$ an hour right now , but its also just as a Door Dash driver. I will probably switch to doing it part time soon and get another job full time. My current place is 900$$$. Its in an old building and in an unlucky area where homeless people sadly beg for money EVERY day right by the apartment omg. I have references // friends in Detroit from my first career , so you can trust me. Most people arent weird. My family also made good $$$ in business // owned a few businesses. I work nights currently also. But im also very laid back. So I doubt id bother someone about it // be too loud.
