Description
Looking for a Roommate in Miramar (Starting August) – Nursing Student
Hi everyone!
My name is Tatiana, and I’m planning to move to Miramar around August to attend an accelerated nursing program. I’m looking for a roommate to find a place with and sign a lease together. Ideally, I’m hoping to find someone who can commit to at least a one-year lease (I’ll be in the area for about 16 months while I’m in school).
I’m specifically looking to stay in the Miramar area since I’d like to be close to campus and keep my commute as short as possible.
My budget is up to $1,300/month for my share of the rent, so ideally we’d be looking at places around $2,600/month or less total.
A little about me:
- Nursing school will be my main priority, so I’ll be pretty busy with classes, studying, and clinicals.
- I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I enjoy keeping a tidy and organized home, but I’m definitely not someone who’s going to stress over every little thing. If a dish sits in the sink for a couple of hours, I’m not going to lose my mind—I just appreciate a home that’s generally kept clean.
- I value my alone time, but I’m also open to making a new friend through this experience. It would be awesome if my roommate and I got along well.
- I love going to the gym, staying active, and spending time at the beach whenever I have free time.
- I’m pretty laid back overall. I don’t mind music or having guests over as long as everyone’s respectful, communicates well, and uses common sense.
- I don’t smoke, so I’d prefer a non-smoking roommate as well.
I’m hoping to find someone who’s responsible, financially reliable, considerate, and has a similar laid-back personality. If it seems like we’d be a good fit, we can chat more about our lifestyles and expectations before signing a lease.
If you’re also looking for a roommate—or know someone who is—feel free to send me a message. I’d love to connect!
