Hey! I’m Josh. I’d say I’m a pretty chill and easygoing guy. I work full-time in construction, so I usually keep a pretty consistent schedule.

I have a cat and a hamster, so you’d need to be okay with pets. In my free time, I like playing Madden and Call of Duty, and I also play guitar and saxophone.

I’m pretty independent—I cook my own meals, clean up after myself, and don’t mind doing chores. I like keeping shared spaces clean and respecting everyone’s space.
