Hello everyone(= I’m looking for a room to rent in the Kansas City area beginning August 1st.

Im employed full-time and work 40 hours a week, so I’m away during the day. I live a pretty quiet lifestyle and am looking for a clean, respectful home.

I do have a small senior Chihuahua. She’s loving, quiet, and spends most of her time napping. She’s very well-behaved and has never been an issue in any home.

My ideal situation: • Private bedroom • Private bathroom • $800–$1,200/month • Safe neighborhood • Month-to-month or lease considered.
