Seeking a temporary situation for my son who’s 21 and will be moving here within the week. He is looking for a month to month with a 3 month commitment. Once I am out of my current lease we intend to get a place together.
He’s clean, quiet, and knows how to cook. Will be seeking a 2nd job locally so locations with any retail opportunities within walking/biking distance would be extremely ideal.
