I am a 41-year-old male and a Navy veteran. I am currently attending school full-time online. I am a quiet, respectful, and clean person who values a well-maintained home. I always do my part to keep shared spaces clean and organized. While I tend to keep to myself, I am friendly, easy to get along with, and don’t mind participating in group activities from time to time. I am looking to rent a room for approximately three to six months, with the possibility of staying longer. My long-term goal is to find my own place once I am settled and employed. I am actively seeking full-time employment in the Albany area and plan to move on August 28, 2026. I don’t have many belongings, so my move-in will be simple and straightforward.
