I am a mental health therapist who leads a quiet, restorative life at home. Because my time involves holding space for others, my home is my safe haven—a launching pad to rest, recharge, and get ready for social engagements outside the house.

My Routine:

Mornings: I’m prepping for life and out teaching Zumba a few times a week.

Evenings: I come home to quietly unwind, decompress and turn in around 10pm.

Weekends: I teach Zumba and do other various social activities with an occasional day at home for downtime (naps).

Living Habits:

Cleanliness: I’m a minimalist and keep a clean, organized space. I prefer to reset and clean each area right after I use it.

Social Style: I absolutely love people and don’t mind great conversations! However, my social battery tends to be low after work, so I value a home with no pressure to constantly connect.
