Hi there! I’m a graduate student starting the MSBA program at Cal State East Bay this fall, moving in around August 19th. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces, I work from home/study a lot, so I keep things tidy and low-key. I don’t smoke and rarely have guests over.
