I am a J-1 exchange teacher from the Philippines who will be teaching in Jacksonville. I am respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to get along with. I value a quiet and peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space and shared areas.

I don’t smoke, I don’t host parties, and I always clean up after myself. Most of my time will be spent at school, preparing lessons, or resting at home. I am looking for a safe, comfortable place to live and hope to share a home with people who are friendly, considerate, and respectful.
