I’m looking mainly for a basement with its own bathroom and entrance my purpose of this is to have it as a studio where i can come work on my music (not planning on blasting speakers or none of that) just to learn how to produce music with my friend and where i can have all my equipment such as computer and keyboard’s stationary. Not planning to sleep here daily , maybe during the weekends if so .

No pets , no smoking and very friendly guy .
