Hi, I’m looking for housing near CSUF starting August 1. Budget is around $700-$900 per month. I’m open to either a shared or private room as long as it’s within reasonable walking distance or has easy public transportation access to CSUF since I don’t have a car. I’m quiet, clean, don’t drink or use drugs and respectful as a roommate. I also enjoy bouldering in my free time.
