We’re a responsible, respectful group looking for a place to move into as soon as possible. We keep things clean, quiet, and organized, and we’re mindful of shared spaces and neighbors. We’re not the type to bring drama or problems—just looking for a comfortable, stable place to live.

Our household has one full-time student and one full-time worker. The student keeps a steady school schedule and stays pretty low-key at home, while the full-time worker has stable employment and a consistent routine. We’re both responsible with money, on time with payments, and serious about taking care of the place we live in.

We’re ready to move quickly and are hoping to find a long-term situation where we can be reliable tenants and good to live with.
