Hi! I’m Jas. 😊 I currently live in SF but I have a flexible move out date (hoping for something before thanksgiving 2026).

A little about me: I’m 26, work full time, don’t have any pets (but would preferably like the option to either have a cat or a little critter that can be kept in a secured tank).

I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant. Home is definitely my place to recharge, so I really value a peaceful, comfortable living environment. I keep shared spaces tidy, communicate well, and am easy to get along with.
