Hi! My name is Clarissa. I’m looking for a room to rent ASAP for the long term. I’m currently working and will be starting college next month, so I’m looking for a safe and stable place to stay. I’m responsible, clean, respectful, and always pay my rent on time. I keep to myself but am easy to get along with and respectful of shared spaces. I need to move in as soon as possible, preferably today if that’s possible. I would be able to send the deposit on Friday if that works for you, and I’ll stay current with my rent going forward.
