I am 26 and moving from Richmond, Virginia. I am looking for a room in Brooklyn, preferably in Flatbush, Bushwick, East Flatbush, Ocean Hill, Sunset Park, or Crown Heights (or any neighborhood adjacent to those). I am available to move from 09/1/-09/5/2026 and my budget is $800/month including utilities. I am a music and film lover who makes music as a hobby, but I won’t be a noisy roommate if you prefer peace and quiet. I am a non smoker (of cigarettes) but I don’t have an issue with roommates who smoke if it is not done in shared living spaces. I generally keep to myself, but I am always open to making new friends! I try to be respectful of others and their belongings, and will do my part in maintaining the living space when needed. I am open to pets, especially dogs!
