Need Room with Private Bath in Lake City, FL. I will be the only occupant. I am a real estate professional starting a new position that will require daily commuting to and from. I want a nice decent private room with private bath with reasonable rent and utilities (including adequate WIFI speeds) I am looking for a place that is quiet, drug-free (not 420 friendly), pest-free, animal-free, crime-free, smoke-free, with ample parking (preferably garage space but garage is not required). I am very responsible, pride myself in paying bills on time, keeping my space clean, and respecting others. I like my privacy and have no plans for anyone other than me to occupy the unit. This is all about a place to stay while working in the Gainesville area. The job could last 60 days up to 12 months. If I find the right place, I will likely stay until my employment ends. I am looking for a month-to-month rental due to the circumstances of my employment. At some point, I would like to communicate by phone. It helps me get a better feel for who I am communicating with. It’s also easier than the back and forth with email and texts as there will be more questions. SCAMMERS: There are many scammers out there claiming to own units and really do not. That said, this is a serious inquiry. I expect to receive only serious responses. Before moving forward with any rental arrangement, I do intend to trust but verify. That said, please be honest and transparent or I will move on. NO SCAMMERS PLEASE!!
