Hi, I’m Peter. I’m looking for a clean, calm, respectful place to live while I work and continue building toward school/career goals. I’m responsible, quiet, and easy to live with. I keep common areas clean, pay bills on time, and respect other people’s space and schedules.

I’m not looking for a party house. I’m looking for a stable place with decent communication, mutual respect, and people who can live like adults. I’m usually pretty low-key — work, gym/walks, studying, reading, and keeping to myself — but I’m friendly and easy to talk to.
