Hello! My name is Eric, and I’m an active-duty U.S. Navy with nearly 20 years of service. I’ve recently accepted orders to the Virginia Beach/Portsmouth area and am looking to rent a clean, quiet room.

I’m a responsible, respectful, and dependable tenant. I work full-time, keep to myself, and live a quiet lifestyle. I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, and I take pride in keeping my living space clean and organized. Most of my time will be spent either at working, or visiting my family in Northern Virginia during my off time.

I’m looking for a safe, comfortable place with respectful roommates and a relaxed environment. I can provide proof of employment, references, and pass any background check if needed. Rent will always be paid on time.
