Looking to rent a room in all female preferred apartment/house. I like to keep to myself and be in my room. Looking for a safe, peaceful, environment while I continue my college/work and my lease would have to end by the end of February as I am transferring to a Uni. Nonsmoker/rarely drink. I have my own furniture and transportation. I also have a neutered/vaccinated/litter trained cat that HAS to come with me. He is my emotional support animal. He is shy but warms up to people over time. I’m currently in Rocklin but my environment has been stressing me and my cat for months now so I’m looking for a new place asap. Wanting to move preferably August 1st.
