I’m Rafael. I’ve lived in Portland for about a year now. My current lease ends August 20th and I’m looking for something new. I’d be looking to move around that time.

About me: I’m a 22 year old Chicano man, aspiring creative interested in many things such as philosophy, boxing, writing, music and engineering. LGBT friendly, ambiverted, communicative, very clean, financially responsible, good credit, I have steady employment (working nights currently). Mostly plant based diet. Occasional weed and alcohol consumption.

Looking for:

Either one or several roomates, or a room if yall have one already. I’m open to looking for a place with the right person/people. Not super picky on location but I’m thinking somewhere around North Portland, Cully, Hollywood, Laurelhurst, Mount Tabor, Southeast perhaps. Budget would be around $600-950 a month including utilities. Please no allergenic pets.

Ideal roomate/s:

Clean, communicative, amicable, peaceful, financially stable. Ideally you are also in your 20’s and trying to make something of yourself. We should be able to talk openly about any problems or disagreements we may encounter. I most enjoy the company of creative people who enjoy discussing grand ideas and concepts. I’d like to be friends while still respecting eachothers space.
